The Platinum Partner Programme provides you with everything you need to make offering Platinum Stairlifts to your customers as simple as possible.


We believe that our focus on quality, reliability, and innovation of our products, backed by a strong partnership, provides a true competitive advantage. At Platinum, we work with you, not against you! When establishing new partner relationships, we are selective. Our team is continuously working on demonstrating our values, and we are looking for partners who can mirror that too.

Comprehensive Training

All of our partners are provided with installer training to ensure you feel confident supplying our stairlifts. Platinum Partners can become accredited and refresh their training annually. You can also receive training to be able to go on and train your own teams.

Marketing Support

Our sales materials match the quality of our products, designed to be eye-catching and resonate with your customers. You will be equipped with brochures, digital images, demonstration videos, social media graphics, and posters to illustrate each range's key features and benefits.

Smarter Together

At Platinum we believe in a close working relationship with our partners, which is why we have dedicated Account Managers. Feedback from our partners, OTs, and end-users is certainly encouraged. We welcome opinions on everything from product development to logistics and our marketing materials. You will see that we are continuously improving our proposition based on what works for you, so if something’s not quite right or there’s something you need – let us know, and we will do our best to find the solution.
