The Role

This is an exciting role in the Sales team where you will be responsible for all account activities in assigned to oversea day to day liaison with German Partners, maximising sales and opportunities by building strong relationships. accounts/regions and customer liaison. This includes stairlift orders, part orders, approvals, survey requests and quotations. The ideal candidate will have NetSuite and order processing knowledge with excellent communications skills. Candidate must be fluent in English and German.

Requirements

  • Responsible for logging orders, managing customer accounts
  • Follow up weekly/montly order status reports
  • Communicate with Partners to ensure sale orders process smoothly.
  • Review Sales activity on CRM
  • Maintain high level of performance and marketing activity within your assigned territory
  • Provide partners with a excellent customer service
  • Ensure new partners are brought on board inline with company policy

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in NetSuite (Desirable)
  • Experience in B2B sales environment and account manegment
  • Experience in Stairlift or manufacturing industry (Desirable)
  • High standard of organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills

The Role

This key role will assist the Production Planner and key stakeholders within the Production team. You will be supporting the day to day admin requirements to ensure the smooth running and  timely input of all manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and reactive environment
  • Provide general admin support to operational departments.
  • Responsible for collating job packs and distributing to production areas
  • Liaise with all operational departments
  • Attend daily meetings and raise concerns to Production Planner Manager and Head of Manufacturing
  • Monitor handover and movement of jobs in a timely manner
  • Support MPL covering absence when required
  • Input daily production figures and report productivity
  • Schedule Production orders

Experience and Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel
  • Strong Team Work Ethic
  • Good time and attendance keeping
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good organisational and administrative skills including attention to detail

The Role

We are looking for a candidate who will deliver an exceptional HR service across all areas, with particular focus on employee experience, recruitment, employee relations and development to champion a better work place. You will provide advice, guidance, and practical support to staff and managers, including discipline, grievance, sickness management, performance management, and organization design—ensuring that all processes are compliant, ethical and in accordance with the company’s values.    

Requirements

  • Must have employee relations experience, preferably working in a manufacturing organisation.
  • Manage the recruitment process, providing advice and support on best practices.
  • Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to support a continuous learning culture.
  • Assist the development of training content and programs to maximise the potential of our people.
  • Promote the values and incorporate them into all HR operational practices and policies
  • Collate reports, to display people data in a clear and concise manner, free of ambiguity and indicating perception and feeling of the workforce.
  • experience in Learning and development to aid managers develop their team members through compliance training, performance management, development planning and career pathing (Performance Development Plan).
